Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of your purchase for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging.

A proof of purchase must be provided.

The item must not be a clearance sale or non-refundable item (see exclusions below).
Return Process

Contact our customer service team at sales@aiyisheng.com.sg to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Once approved, please book an appointment to bring the item back to our office address. You are responsible for return logistic costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Limitations & Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as clearance sale or non-refundable

Consumable/perishable goods, such as supplements

Personal care items or intimate products (e.g. hygiene products)

Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
