Warranty Coverage

 

3-year free return-to-factory warranty will be provided:

 

Year 1: The warranty covers parts and labour, plus return-to-factory freight cost.

 

Year 2-3: The warranty covers parts and labour, but excluding the return-to-factory freight cost.

 

Repair under warranty is subject to proof of purchase and that the product is still within the warranty period. Any random gifts or promotional items are not within warranty coverage. Please refer to the Warranty Limitations and Exclusions below:

 

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

 

Our warranty does not apply to:

 

• Products without proper proof of purchase and warranty card.

• Products that are not manufactured or sold by our company.

• Breakdowns caused by disassemble or repairing without our company's written authorisation.

• Damage caused natural disasters sush as but not limited to earthquake, flood, fire, thunder, etc.

• Breakdowns caused by misuse such as allowing water penetration, erosion, moisture into the device, etc.

• Random gifts and all consumable products and promotional items.

• Damage caused by other type of customer's mishandling.
